Where do you work?
I work in an investment bank, so I typically work in front of a computer for 12 to 15 hours a day and sometimes even more. I also spend time on my cell phone with messages, email, social media, and other apps, so really… I spend most of my waking hours in front of a screen.
What led you to Felix Gray?
I actually first heard about Felix Gray from my sister a few years ago. I was experiencing Digital Eye Strain but actually had no idea. I thought the headaches and tired eyes were due to the long hours and stress of my job. It wasn’t until I started using my Felix Gray glasses that I stopped getting these symptoms and I realized I had Digital Eye Strain to begin with!

What is your ideal work environment?
Flexible, casual, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
How do you stay focused?
I find I work best in short bursts. I stay hyper-focused and productive for a short window of 2-3 hours. Then I stop and take a complete break (walk outside, take a coffee break, message friends, or surf the web). Then I resume and take on another intensive short burst.
