How do I store and clean my Felix Gray glasses?
The microfiber cloth should be sufficient for cleaning any smudges or dirt from the lenses. Should you want to use additional cleaning products, we advise a lens cleaning spray to avoid damaging the lens coatings. We do NOT recommend using hot water, or any chemical-based cleaners, regular soaps or dishwashing liquid on the lenses.
Store the Felix Gray glasses in their case at a temperature between 14°F and 95°F or -10°C and +35°C. Avoid exposure to the sun in closed, noon-air conditioned areas (e.g. car dashboard), because high temperatures may alter the features of the glasses. In the event of occasional contact with agents such as salt water (sea water) pool water, chemicals such as cosmetics, hairspray, sunscreen and insect repellents, immediate removal with a soft damp cloth is recommended.
Replace the sun filters if damaged (e.g. scratched, opaque). Use only original accessories and spare parts. Heat and chemical reactions (from alcohol-based cleaning solutions, for example) can affect the AR coating. Hairspray can also damage the integrity of the lenses' AR coating, so we suggest taking your glasses off when applying hairspray and waiting for it to fully dry before your lenses come into contact with your hair.

Do Felix Gray glasses have a warranty?
We provide a one (1) year warranty on all of our products. If there is a problem with the products, please contact us to discuss the matter further. If the products are found to be defective within the warranty period, you will be entitled to a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you may claim a full or partial refund.
No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligently, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not heeding or incorrectly heeding the cleaning and maintenance instructions.
