Shipping policy

Generally, orders ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. 

Order Type and Estimated Shipping Times:

Non-prescription and Reader Glasses - Ship within 3-5 business days

Prescription Glasses - Ship within 5-7 business days 

Extended Prescription range glasses- ship within 7-10 business days

Shipping Options:

We offer shipping, returns, and exchanges through our standard shipping carrier, the United States Postal Service.

Felix Gray offers two expedited shipping options at the delivery step of checkout.

1. UPS 3 Day or USPS Priority for P.O. boxes are available for a $20.00 charge.
2. UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express for P.O. boxes are available for a $40.00 charge.

Note: Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable after the order is shipped. Exchanges are not eligible for expedited shipping. 

Domestic Shipping:

Felix Gray can ship to anyone with a valid address within the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, or a military APO/DPO/FPO address. 

International Shipping:

• Use MyUS.com’s Personal Shopper Service to make a Felix Gray purchase on your behalf. MyUS.com accepts credit cards with international billing addresses, cards issued by non-U.S. financial institutions, and wire transfers.
• Use your U.S. address provided by MyUS.com when placing your Felix Gray order.
• Once your order ships, MyUS.com will keep you updated with tracking information during the mail forwarding process.
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 
• We cannot fulfill international prescription orders and do not offer free international shipping, returns, or exchanges.

How do I check the status of my order?

To track your order, just click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or go to your orders page, enter your account information, click the applicable order, and click track shipment. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. We can't wait for you to get your Felix Grays!

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
